Alcove partnered with De Soto veterinarian, Dr. Matt Fehr to subdivide the property into two commercial lots. Each lot features a two-story building. The lot at 8761 Lexington is the new home of De Soto Veterinary Clinic on the first floor and various commercial tenants on the second floor such as a dance studio and martial arts studio. The other lot at 8781 Lexington has 5,000 square feet of office or retail space on the ground floor, and six apartment units on the second floor.
The development opened in the Spring 2024.
